Xiaomi introduced the gaming smartphone Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition on the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 platform from just $ 310

Today, the gaming smartphone market has expanded thanks to Xiaomi, which introduced the Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition.
The new device retains the overall design concept laid down in the Redmi K40 series. However, the smartphone boasts features such as customizable RGB lighting for the main camera module, lightning-shaped flash, and dedicated gaming keys.
The Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition has a 6.67-inch OLED matrix with a 120Hz refresh rate in terms of specifications. The screen is surrounded by skinny bezels, provides full coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, and supports HDR10. The panel is covered with durable Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The polling rate of the sensor layer reaches 480 Hz, which will undoubtedly positively affect the responsiveness of the device in games.
The heart of the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset, complemented by a liquid cooling system. The 6nm chip supports GPU driver updates, similar to some of Qualcomm’s high-end chips. The amount of RAM is up to 12 GB, and the storage capacity reaches 256 GB.
The Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition comes with a triple main unit with a 64MP main sensor with an f / 1.65 aperture in terms of cameras. The manufacturer claims that the smartphone is the first to use an ultra-low dispersion optical glass lens. The main sensor is complemented by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel camera for macro photography.
Redmi K 40 Enhanced Edition is equipped with powerful stereo speakers co-developed with JBL. Declared support for Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio. The smartphone is equipped with wireless modules Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6. The battery capacity supporting fast 67-W charging is 5065 mAh. Support for Quick Charge 3.0 and Power Delivery 3.0 is announced.
Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition can be pre-ordered today. The smartphone will appear in retail on April 30. The most affordable configuration with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of permanent memory will cost $ 310. A modification with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage will cost $ 415.
