Xiaomi is preparing for the announcement of the smartphone Mi 10T Pro with a 108-megapixel camera and a 5000 mAh battery

Xiaomi is preparing for the announcement of the smartphone Mi 10T Pro with a 108-megapixel camera and a 5000 mAh battery

More than a year after the release of the popular Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro smartphones, Xiaomi seems to be almost ready to announce their successors in the form of Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro. The older model Mi 10T Pro is tipped with a 108-megapixel camera, a display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and a large 5000 mAh battery.

The Xiaomi Mi 9T series smartphones were unveiled in June last year. Since then, there has been no news of the upcoming Mi 10T series. Thanks to the Indian insider Abhishek Yadav (Abhishek Yadav) it became known that the Chinese manufacturer is still working on the continuation of the series. The fact that the older version of the Mi 10T Pro will receive a 144 Hz display is no surprise. It’s much more interesting to see if the successor will retain the AMOLED screen used in last year’s models.

According to the source, which published not only the technical specifications but also a partial image of the Mi 10T Pro, the novelty will receive a four-module main camera. In this case, the resolution of the main sensor will be 108 megapixels. It is possible that we are talking about the same sensor that is used in the models of smartphones Xiaomi Mi Note 10 and Mi 10. The novelty is also supposed to have an ultra-wide-angle lens, a telephoto lens, and optics for macro photography. According to the source, the smartphone will receive a 5000 mAh battery.

It is unlikely that the regular version of the Mi 10T will be very different from the more advanced Mi 10T Pro. Perhaps, instead of a 108-megapixel camera, it will receive a 64-megapixel sensor, like the Redmi K30 Pro model. In addition, the Snapdragon 700 series processor will most likely be used as the basis in the regular version of the smartphone, and the Snapdragon 865 in the older one. But at the moment, these are only assumptions.

It is expected that both new products Xiaomi are going to present in September.
