MIUI 12 brings new gesture control capabilities to Mi Mix 3, improves the brightness and color of the wallpaper in dark mode, and makes animations smoother. In addition, new animation effects have been added to the status bar of the smartphone. The changes also affected the Camera application, which now offers a new model for scanning documents. The new firmware includes the Google security patch for August this year. In addition, the software contains many more minor changes that positively affect the experience of using the smartphone.

Recall that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, released in October 2018, is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and boasts a RAM capacity from 6 to 10 GB, depending on the modification. The device originally ran Android 9, and the current version of the software is based on Android 10. The smartphone stands out with a colorful AMOLED display with Full HD + resolution and a diagonal of 6.39 inches, which occupies almost the entire front surface. The front camera of the device is located on a separate sliding block.
