Xiaomi Redmi G gaming laptop with Intel Comet Lake chip to launch on August 14
The Chinese company Xiaomi has published a series of teasers saying that the Redmi G laptop, designed for game lovers, will debut this coming Friday, August 14th.
The images show a laptop in a black case, the screen of which has narrow bezels at the sides and top. Internet sources report that the device will receive a display measuring about 15 inches diagonally.
The Intel Comet Lake hardware platform will allegedly be based. In particular, a Core i5-10300H processor with four processing cores with a clock frequency of 2.5-4.5 GHz can be used. Multithreading technology support has been implemented; the chip includes an Intel UHD graphics accelerator.
It is known that the Redmi G laptop will receive an effective cooling system, a full-size keyboard with a block of numeric buttons on the right side, and a large touchpad.
Other characteristics are still kept secret. Judging by the teasers, a USB Type-A port and a standard 3.5 mm audio jack is located on the right side of the novelty.
