Xiaomi shocks with unexpected announcement after Apple’s proprietary phrase “One More Thing”

Yesterday, Adam Zeng Xuezhong published a very interesting teaser that relates to the upcoming conference dedicated to the company’s 10th anniversary. Recall that during this event, the company will present smartphones Xiaomi Mi 10 Extreme Commemorative Edition and Redmi K30 Extreme Commemorative Edition, which should be released in Europe under the names Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra and Redmi K30 Ultra, respectively, as well as a second OLED TV.

All these new items deserve separate presentations, but Xiaomi decided to present them in one event. The surprises will not end there, after the demonstration of these three devices, a completely unexpected announcement will take place, which Xiaomi plans to start with the phrase “One More Thing”. This is the phrase that Apple uses in its presentations, at the end of which the company announces the upcoming revolutionary devices. Xiaomi has long been called the “Chinese Apple”, but the company is not shy about this comparison.

A year ago, during a September presentation, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun officially announced a new smartphone of the Xiaomi Mi Mix line, which was named Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha. Unfortunately, this week it became known that this was a research project, which in the end it was decided to abandon. Xiaomi has focused on the next generation Xiaomi Mi Mix.

Adam Zeng Xuezhong did not disclose details about the unknown novelty, but, fortunately, there was not long to wait. The presentation is scheduled for August 11th. In the comments, we suggest sharing your assumptions about what Xiaomi will show. Smart glasses? Holographic display? Virtual reality 2.0?
