Xiaomi will release three advanced tablets on the flagship Snapdragon processors
Internet sources report that the Chinese company Xiaomi, one of the world’s largest suppliers of smartphones, has planned to announce several productive tablets this year.
Xiaomi co-founder and CEO Lei Jun said that the company is designing a new Mi Pad series tablet. It has now become known that there will be three high-end gadgets on display.
We are talking about tablets codenamed Nabu, Enuma, and Elish. All of them will receive the Android operating system with a proprietary MIUI add-on.
It is known that the new products will be based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8-Series hardware platform. So, the Enuma and Elish tablets will be equipped with an SM8250 processor – it can be a Snapdragon 865, 865+, or 870 chip. The Nabu version will receive a product with the designation SM8150, under which a Snapdragon 855, 855+, or 860 processor can be hidden.
All computers will be equipped with a high-quality WQXGA display with an aspect ratio of 16:10, a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Nabu is known to have a screen size of 10.97 inches diagonally.
Enuma and Elish are modifications of the same gadget. The first model will support 4G LTE / 5G cellular communications; the second will not. The official presentation of new products may take place in the coming months.
