Single-threaded performance increased by 10%, and multi-threaded performance increased by 11%
Sales of a new version of the Xiaomi Host Mini mini-PC have started in China: while the previous version, presented at the end of 2022, had an Intel Core i5-1240P processor, the new version received a Core i5-1340P CPU. The creators say that due to this, single-threaded performance increased by 10%, and multi-threaded performance increased by 11%.
The volumes of RAM and SSD have not changed and are still 16 and 512 GB.

The volume of the computer, we recall, is 0.44 liters, the body is made of aluminum alloy. Interface connectors include two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, two USB-C with Thunderbolt 4 interface, as well as an HDMI 2.1 video output and a 2.5 Gigabit wired Ethernet adapter. The package includes a 100 W power supply.
The price of the updated Host Mini is $480. The previous version of the computer was very popular in China, and the new version may well consolidate its success.
