Sales in China have already begun
Xiaomi today released an updated line of affordable 4K TVs, the cheapest of which is the Mi TV EA55 (L55MA-EA). The price of the device is only about $200 in China.
The new Xiaomi Mi TV EA55 is made in an all-metal Unibody case, it is equipped with a 55-inch 4K resolution screen (3840 x 2160 pixels at 60 Hz), which occupies 97.1% of the front panel area due to the narrow perimeter bezel. Viewing angles are 178 °, the TV supports the display of 1.07 billion colors.

TV Xiaomi Mi TV EA55 received two speakers with a power of 10 W and support for DTS-HD audio decoding. It is based on a quad-core single-chip system with 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of flash memory.
Equipped with dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi, the TV is equipped with 2 USB-A ports, 2 HDMI ports, AV input port, RJ-45, antenna port and S/PDIF.
TV Xiaomi Mi TV EA55 is running a proprietary operating system MIUI for TV3.0 and supports voice control.
Recall that the top model of the line with a 75-inch screen costs $400 . Also in the line there are models with screens with a diagonal of 65 and 70 inches.
