Sales in China have already begun
Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi Group and General Manager of Redmi Brand, revealed that the Xiaomi MIX Fold3 smartphone went on sale in China today.
He added that Xiaomi MIX Fold3 proved to be very successful during the first sale and more than doubled (2.25 times) the Xiaomi MIX Fold2 starting result.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 is built on an overclocked SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It received an external screen with a diagonal of 6.56 inches and an internal screen with a diagonal of 8.03 inches with a resolution of 2K. Both screens run at 120Hz. The new hinge can withstand 500,000 folding/unfolding cycles.

Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 uses four Leica cameras, ultra-thin modules with excellent lenses and a miniature periscope telephoto lens. Xiaomi has confirmed that the MIX Fold 3 will be manufactured at the Xiaomi Smart Factory in Yizhuang, Beijing. This is the first mass-produced smartphone to be produced using the Xiaomi Smart Manufacturing Digital Intelligence System 2.0, which provides micron accuracy.
