The network has new details about the smartphones Honor X10 and X10 Pro, debuting on May 20. So, one source published the retail prices of models, and another provided the characteristics of the cameras. Let’s start with them.
5x optical zoom and 40MP sensor like the Huawei P30. Characteristics of Honor X10 and X10 Pro cameras
Honor X10 Pro will be an outstanding camera phone for its niche because it will receive a telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and the main image sensor with a resolution of 40 megapixels – the same as the flagship Huawei P30. As you can see in the picture, a sensor with a resolution of 8 megapixels is connected to the telephoto lens, and the second 8-megapixel sensor looks at the world through a lens with a viewing angle of 120 °. The camera of the usual Honor X10 is characterized by the absence of a module with optical zoom – instead, a module for macro photography is used.
Now about the prices. Previously, it was assumed that the Honor X10 will be offered at a price of $ 255. Now the data is different and not so rosy: the price of the basic version with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory will be $ 325. The cost of other smartphone options is as follows: 6/128 GB – $ 370, 8/128 GB – $ 410, 8/256 GB – $ 450. So frankly cheap this model will not be. Well, the Honor X10 Pro, most likely, will be sold at a premium of approximately $ 50-80 for each version of the regular Honor X10.
At the same time, the labels on the price tags confirm the main features of the Honor X10 – the presence of a 40-megapixel sensor with an RYYB pixel layout and a 5G modem, as well as the use of a single-chip Kirin 820 system.
