Xbox Live is a little stormy: users complain about the difficulty of creating new profiles and changing tags. The support service, in turn, reports that it knows about the problem and is actively trying to fix it as soon as possible.
The service began to experience serious problems last night, when key functionality on the Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows 10 was unavailable for several hours. Users could not access their accounts and connect to network games.
