A fan found that the graphics in Cyberpunk 2077 have improved significantly in recent years

Over the past few years, a lot of material has been published on Cyberpunk 2077, including gameplay videos. The first of them appeared back in 2018 when CD Projekt RED showed an almost 50-minute recording with a segment of the game. Since then, the upcoming creation of CDPR has become much prettier, as noted by a user of the Reddit forum under the nickname Cyber_Steve1. He compared the same footage from two versions of the project – two years ago and the current one. There really is a difference.

For clarity, the player used pictures showing the same place in Night City. The screenshots include a lot of detail, so the comparison is easy. In the 2020 version, a whole skyscraper has grown on the left side and a rather big one. All skyscrapers in the game have become more detailed, as well as the visual effects of smoke. We also worked on the color scheme – the game looks more pleasant overall. This is due to the improved lighting.

Recall: the next demo of Cyberpunk 2077 will take place today, September 18. It will start at 19:00 Moscow time and will last about 25 minutes.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on November 19, 2020, on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and GeForce Now. The game will also drop into next-gen consoles and Google Stadia.
