A remake of Prince of Persia appears in a new teaser for Ubisoft Forward and on Amazon
Apparently, the remake of Prince of Persia is getting closer to becoming reality: on the eve of the second release of Ubisoft Forward, two more circumstantial evidence of the game’s existence was found on the Web.
Firstly, a Reddit user under the pseudonym NayamAmarshe shared with the forum participants the find of his colleagues discovered in the already deleted teaser of the upcoming episode of Ubisoft Forward.
We are talking about the emblem in the upper left corner of the video – this symbol is ubiquitous in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. The frame appears to have been taken from the section with the so-called moon puzzle.
Secondly, a Prince of Persia Remake page for Xbox One was spotted on Amazon’s UK segment site. The product is priced at £ 35 (about 3435 rubles).
As for the release date, Amazon instead has December 31 of this year – an obvious stub. Earlier it was reported that the remake of Prince of Persia will hit the shelves in November, but this information was denied by analyst Daniel Ahmad.
Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier also mentioned that the presentation of the updated Prince of Persia will take place as part of the September issue of Ubisoft Forward.
The second episode of Ubisoft Forward will begin streaming today, September 10 at 9:00 p.m. ET, with a preview show. The start of the main program is scheduled for 22:00 Moscow time.
