The world generator will show the location of all map features, including biomes. You can also toggle settings to see where bosses, buildings, runestones, and other landmarks are.

According to the creator, not all seeds yet give the same digestible result: “It turns out that some incredibly subtle difference between the Network and the PC does not allow the generation always to be perfectly accurate. ” Work is currently underway to resolve this issue.

Valheim is currently distributed in Steam Early Access.
