OnePlus has clarified this point
After the official premiere of the global version of OnePlus 11, there was a misunderstanding: in the description of the phone on marketplaces in the US, it was indicated that it offers IP64 protection, while in other countries its presence was not mentioned. OnePlus has now clarified this point.
In response to a corresponding request from the GSMArena resource, the company reported that all versions of OnePlus 11 in all countries (in China, in the USA, in Europe, in India) have IP64 protection. It’s certainly not IP68 like the Xiaomi 13 or the Samsung Galaxy S23, but it’s not bad either: the OnePlus 11 is dust-tight and splash-proof from all sides.
Recall that the official premiere of the global version of OnePlus 11 took place two days ago . The specifications are the same as the Chinese version, but the memory configurations and prices are different.
