Since this update is not required to install, it will not download automatically. Its download and installation are carried out by the users themselves through Windows Update or Microsoft Update Catalog. For users of Windows 10, versions 1909 and 1903, KB4559004 is intended, and for people using Windows 10, version 1809, KB4559003.

The list of changes made along with the update is quite long. View the full list of fixes in KB4559004 and KB4559003, can be found on the official Microsoft support page. In general, the current update solves a lot of different kinds of errors in Windows and other products of the company. For example, we fixed an issue that caused the magnifying glass in Microsoft Excel to stop working in some scenarios, causing the entire application to malfunction. Addressed issue where Windows Explorer stops working in some cases when browsing directories of raw images and other file types. Fixed a bug that prevented the device camera from recognizing the user’s face via Windows Hello. Fixed an issue preventing internet connection using the LTE modem.

It is worth noting that the developers have fixed a lot of bugs in Windows 10 versions 1909, 1903, and 1809. Since this update is optional, each user decides for himself whether to install it or not.
