Solving the problem is very easy
It seems that the next model of the AMD video card has problems with the temperature regime. The professional Radeon Pro W7600 adapter, at least for the well-known enthusiast Igor Wallossek, began to periodically fail during tests. It turned out that the problem lies in overheating.
The failures were that the image on the monitor sometimes simply disappeared, although the PC itself continued to work. The study showed that the problem is in the thick thermal pads of the native cooling system.
Another AMD graphics card is suffering from overheating.
Because of them, the contact of CO with the GPU was not good enough, and the memory was cooled worse. Replacing the thermal pads with thinner ones solves the problem.
The solution is as simple as possible, but the bottom line is that the problem itself is so banal that it is not clear how AMD allowed it to occur. Especially considering that this is a professional solution.
However, you also need to understand that there is a small chance that this is a feature of only the copy that the author of the review came across. Although, given the causes of the problem, this is most likely not the case.
