In winter, Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Flip users have experienced flexible screen cracking. Users in Samsung’s native Korean market drew attention to the problem when the freezing temperatures in Seoul reached -18 degrees Celsius.
According to the victims, the screen cracked when the smartphone was simply opened in the cold.
Users in other regions also faced a similar problem, including in December. Last year Motorola Razr users complained about such breakdowns in the cold.
