iOS 17 stable release expected in September or October 2023
Yesterday at the WWDC 2023 conference, Apple introduced a new version of its mobile platform – iOS 17 – and almost immediately released an early test version intended exclusively for developers. As Apple announced at the time, the public beta of iOS 17 would be released in July.
Apple accidentally released the public beta of iOS 17 ahead of time
However, the test version became available to everyone much earlier than the announced date. Twitter user Connor Jewiss was the first to notice the surprising appearance of iOS 17 in the beta settings section. In fact, this is the same release for developers, but it is available to everyone.
Apparently, the “release” occurred as a result of a mistake and Apple will soon “close shop”. So those who want to try out iOS 17 without registering as a developer should hurry up.
The final stable release of iOS 17 is expected in September or October 2023.
