Apple HomePod mini users complain about Wi-Fi connection problems

The HomePod mini smart speaker is already available commercially. Despite all the advantages of the device, users pay attention to problems with connecting the speaker to Wi-Fi networks. However, the most upsetting thing is that a solution to this problem has not yet been found.

Users report that their HomePod mini spontaneously disconnects from the Internet, causing Siri to report an error. Those who own the original HomePod report that the problem only appears on the compact model. On the same Wi-Fi network, large HomePods work stably. Apple recommends that users who encounter a problem restart the speaker or, if that doesn’t work, restore it to factory settings. However, users note that in both cases, the solution is temporary. After a couple of hours, the column again loses its connection to the Internet.

Unfortunately, a complete solution to the problem is not yet available. Given that HomePod mini is running tvOS, fixes should be expected with the release of a new version of the software.
