Flexible working arrangements are in place for company employees, taking into account the distribution situation of COVID-19

Apple CEO Tim Cook sent a message this morning detailing Apple’s reaction to COVID-19. Among the measures taken is the decision to close Apple-branded stores around the world until March 27. An exception would be the company’s stores located in Greater China, where they were closed on February 2 and just opened, as the epidemic in China warned.

Recall, Apple also announced that the spring event for WWDC developers will be held only online.

The company’s employees have flexible working arrangements that take into account the distribution of COVID-19. In particular, this applies to the provision of leave for personal or family reasons created by COVID-19, including recovery from illness, care for loved ones, compulsory quarantine, or the need to look after a child due to school closure.
