ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 debuts, the world’s first Wi-Fi 6E gaming router
ASUS has unveiled its flagship gaming-grade ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 router, which will go on sale this December.

The developer calls the novelty the world’s first gaming router of the Wi-Fi 6E standard, which provides for the use of the 6 GHz band. Wi-Fi 6E technology is designed to provide high performance in very busy places. According to preliminary tests, data transfer rates can reach 2 Gbps with latencies of 2 ms.
The GT-AXE11000 router is built on a processor with four processing cores, clocked at 1.8 GHz. The chip functions in tandem with 1 GB of RAM.
The design of the novelty includes eight external antennas to ensure stable Wi-Fi coverage of large areas. There is a LAN port with a bandwidth of up to 2.5 Gb / s.
The router supports operation in three frequency ranges: this is the mentioned 6 GHz band, as well as 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz.
The novelty is made in a silver-black case with an aggressive design. The top panel has a multicolor backlight.
Unfortunately, there is no information on the estimated price of the ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 at the moment.
