Like Corsair’s ML120 fans, the ROG Strix XF 120 uses a magnetic centering sleeve bearing on the shaft.

The effect of magnetic levitation created in this type of bearing reduces the friction of parts to zero, which minimizes the likelihood of their breakage and allows the fan to work tens of thousands of hours. The manufacturer claims up to 400,000 hours of failure.

The ROG Strix XF120 has a fan speed range of 250 to 1800 rpm. According to the manufacturer, the noise level of the novelty is within 22.5 dB. Despite its quiet operation, the unit delivers high airflow up to 62.5 cubic feet per minute (CFM).

According to the company’s official website, ASUS gives a five-year warranty on the ROG Strix XF 120. Pricing and availability have not been announced.
