Asus has unveiled the Zenbook S 13 OLED (UX5304), which it calls the world’s thinnest 13.3-inch OLED laptop.
The case thickness of the novelty is only about 1 cm, and the laptop weighs only 1 kg. So even without being tied to an OLED panel, these are extremely low values, and there are very few such models on the market.
More precisely, the dimensions are 296.2 x 216.3 x 10.9 mm with a mass of 1 kg. Asus was able to achieve such results, including through the use of an aluminum-magnesium alloy, although the company notes many other different technological solutions.

At the same time, the characteristics were not sacrificed here. The 13.3-inch OLED panel is characterized by a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels and a brightness of 550 cd/m2. The heart is the Intel Core i5-1335U or Core i7-1355U processors. There are also 16 or 32 GB of RAM and a 512 GB or 1 TB SSD.
Despite the size and weight, Asus fit a 63 Wh battery into the laptop. You can also note Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5, Full HD camera with Windows Hello, USB 3.2, a pair of Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1 and compliance with the MIL-STD 810H standard. Separately, we can note the presence of a hinge similar to ErgoLift, but at the same time the lid can be opened 180 degrees.
