After that day, users of devices running Windows 10 Fall Creators Update Enterprise and Education editions will no longer receive security updates. The Windows 10 Fall Creators Update debuted in October 2017.

As a reminder, Microsoft also recommends updating these devices to a more recent version of Windows 10 as soon as possible to receive monthly security and feature updates.

Next month, November 10, is also the closest support date for Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809) in Home, Pro, and Pro Education editions.

Note that in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, Microsoft has postponed the “deadlines” for Windows 10 1709 and 1809 by six months – from April 14 and May 12, 2020. Windows 10 1709 Home, Pro, and Pro Education editions will not receive updates since April 9, 2019.
