“ Today, April 28, was the last working day for the Lada Vesta NG car assembly line before a long break due to the May holidays and the first part of a corporate vacation. In total, since the launch of Vesta, more than 7.5 thousand cars have been assembled at the site in Togliatti, all of them are still on the territory of the car factory. The software has been completed, 6 cars are now undergoing enhanced tests, and if everything is stable in terms of the result, then in the first days of May, the testing of cars stored on the territory of the track and building 080 will begin. Shipment to dealers is expected to begin on May 4, subject to the correct operation of the electronics after improvements ,” writes Avtograd News.

Recall that yesterday, AvtoVAZ President Maxim Sokolov said that sales of Vesta NG in Russia will start in late May – early June . And the press service of AvtoVAZ said that the basic version of Vesta NG will be much cheaper than 1.7 million rubles .
