The lineup is expected to include the Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro models. The older one will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 single-chip system, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 flash memory, and the battery capacity will exceed 4000 mAh.
More importantly, the Redmi K40 series has a starting price of $ 465, making it the cheapest smartphone based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. It is credited with being the “King of 2021 flagships”.
