Bravely Default II still won’t have time to release before the end of 2020 – the game will be released on February 26
Square Enix, as part of the latest release of the current year, Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase, presented a trailer for the Japanese RPG Bravely Default II with the exact release date of the project.
Recall that until recently Bravely Default II was considered a 2020 release, but the mentioned video marked the postponement of the game – now the premiere is scheduled for February 26, 2021.
“We originally announced Bravely Default II for 2020, but it took us longer to make this RPG experience the best possible,” commented on the transfer on the official Nintendo microblog.
In a separate video (attached below), Square Enix producer Masashi Takahashi also talked about the lessons learned from the developers from the feedback on the Bravely Default II demo released at the end of March.
According to Takahashi, more than 20 thousand players agreed to share their views on the project. Thanks to them in the release edition of Bravely Default II, difficulty levels will appear, the interface, control, and speed of movement of monsters will change.
Bravely Default II takes place on the continent of Excellent, where the four heroes, led by the young sailor Seth, will embark on a “grand adventure” in search of four Crystals.
Bravely Default II is intended exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. Soon after the presentation of the new trailer, pre-orders of the project started on Nintendo eShop – its cost will be 4499 rubles.
