The popular Geekbench benchmark has revealed the key specifications of the entry-level Galaxy M02 smartphone, which will soon join Samsung’s portfolio.
The device is codenamed SM-M025F. The text speaks of the use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, which combines eight ARM Cortex-A53 processing cores with a clock speed of up to 1.8 GHz and an Adreno 506 graphics accelerator. The chip includes an LTE modem with a data transfer rate of up to 300 Mbps.
The smartphone carries 3 GB of RAM onboard. Probably, a modification with 2 GB of RAM will also enter the commercial market. The operating system is Android 10.
According to rumors, the budget novelty will be equipped with a 5.7-inch LCD-screen with HD + resolution, a dual camera based on sensors with 13 and 2 million pixels, an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and a 32 GB flash drive expandable with microSD -cards.
The upcoming device has already been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance certification sites. This means that the official presentation will take place in the very near future.
