It’s not just Apple smartphones that are growing in India . The Indian PC market grew by 9.2% over the year, according to a report for the third quarter of 2020, prepared by experts from analytical company IDC. In just three months from July to September, 3.4 million systems were shipped. This is the best quarterly figure in the last seven years. The increase in sales is due to an increase in demand due to the transition of a large number of people to remote work and training due to the pandemic. At the same time, especially high rates were recorded in the consumer segment. In annual terms, sales increased by 41.7%, in quarterly terms – by 167.2%, and in absolute terms, 2.0 million computers were sold, which is a record for the entire history of the market.
