Recall that the controlled version of Vergil is the only one of the features of the special edition of Devil May Cry 5, which will appear on PC (Steam), PS4 and Xbox One. The rest of the features will remain exclusive to the next generation consoles.

The add-on cost, as expected, was $ 5. You can already buy a hero for the game on all target platforms:

  • Steam – $2.38;
  • PS Store – $4.88;
  • Microsoft Store – $ 5.The premiere trailer published in honour of the DLC release (the video contains age restrictions, so it is not available for viewing outside of YouTube) is devoted to the main features of Virgil.

    The developers remind that the restless brother Dante can be taken under control not only in the storyline and secret missions but also in the “Void” (training mode) and “Bloody Palace”.

    In addition to controllable Vergil, Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition offers support for ray tracing, faster downloads, up to 120 fps and two modes – “The Legendary Dark Knight” and “Turbo”.

    The original Devil May Cry 5 was released in March 2019 on PC (Steam), PS4 and Xbox One, while Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition went on sale on November 10, 2020, for Xbox Series X and S, and on November 12 for PS5.
