It is reported that versions of waterblocks for video cards, made on printed reference design, will be released. In addition, Corsair will offer Hydro X Series XG7 RGB modifications for Founders Edition adapters. Yes, video cards from NVIDIA itself this time are not based on reference PCBs.

As the name suggests, the new items are equipped with multi-color backlighting. It is based on 16 independently controlled LEDs. It will be possible to control the work of the backlight through the proprietary iCUE software.

Waterblocks are full-coverage solutions. In other words, not only the graphics processor is cooled, but also the memory chips and power elements of the power subsystem.

The design provides for a nickel-plated copper base and a black aluminum casing. The upper part is made of transparent acrylic. In addition, there is a reinforcing aluminum plate.

Sales of waterblocks will begin soon, but their price has not yet been disclosed, unfortunately. The manufacturer will provide new items with a three-year warranty.
