Dying Light 2 will be fully co-op
Techland has begun sharing small details of Dying Light 2 on the game’s official Discord channel. The developers have reported an interesting detail regarding the co-op mode. It turns out that the sequel can be played entirely in company with other users.
The Gaming Tweaks portal shared the relevant information with a link to the source. The presence of a cooperative in Dying Light 2 has been known for a long time. Cooperative play became one of the reasons for the popularity of the first part. However, in her case, users could overcome about 95% of the passage in the company. An introduction where the basic mechanics of parkour are taught and the final stretch cannot be mastered in co-op. Apparently, in the sequel, Polish developers will abandon this concept.
Recall that recently Techland employees gave an extensive interview, in which they talked about the engine of the second part, duration, versions for previous generation consoles, and much more.
Dying Light 2 will be released on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S. In a recent video, the developers hinted that the release of their upcoming zombie action would take place in 2021, but they did not say so directly.
