Ever Crisis and The First Soldier are trademarks for two mobile games in the Final Fantasy VII universe

The story of Square Enix’s mysterious trademarks has come to an end. The Japanese publisher has announced two mobile games in the Final Fantasy VII universe – Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis and Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier.

Final Fantasy VII: Every Crisis is a chapter-based single-player adventure covering the events of the original Final Fantasy VII and its complementary projects Advent Children, Before Crisis, Crisis Core, and Dirge of Cerberus.

Final Fantasy VII: Every Crisis is expected to be released in 2022 on iOS and Android devices. On the occasion of the announcement, the developers presented a two-minute debut trailer.

As for Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier, this game is a mobile battle royale set in the territory of Midgar before Final Fantasy VII.

To survive in battles, players as candidates for joining an elite soldier unit will have to use the full potential of their magical and combat abilities. The premiere is expected this year on iOS and Android.

Recall, in addition to Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis and Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier today, February 26, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade was announced – an improved and expanded version of the game for PS5.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will go on sale on June 10 this year. The edition will include a new story chapter featuring Yuffie Kisaragi in addition to graphical and technical improvements.
