American actor Nick Apostolides, best known for his role as Leon Kennedy in the remake of Resident Evil 2, announced his return to work on his microblog.

The artist attached a photo in a motion capture suit to his tweet. At the same time, unlike the star of The Last of Us Part II a couple of weeks ago, Apostolides captured himself right on the set.

“How nice to be back to work again! Taking precautions, I had some fun with some crazy guys … I can’t wait to tell you about this project! ” – Apostolides shared.

In the comments under the post, users agreed that the photo published by Apostolides is a veiled teaser for the yet unannounced remake of Resident Evil 4, where the main role is also assigned to Leon.

The fact that Capcom allegedly plans to modernize its classic action game, in mid-April, said the resource Video Games Chronicle. According to unconfirmed information, the release is still not soon – in 2022.

However, the wishes of the fans do not always come true. Derek Phillips, as it turned out, is not filming a plot addition to The Last of Us Part II, but some non-Naughty Dog game.

The Resident Evil 2 remake was released in January 2019 on PC (Steam), PS4, and Xbox One. An updated version of Resident Evil 3 followed in April 2020 but performed worse in both critics and sales.
