Oppo Reno9 Pro Plus: It has 16 GB of RAM already in the base version, as well as a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC, a triple camera with optical stabilization and 80-watt charging.
Along with the Oppo Reno9 and Reno9 Pro models, the company’s new flagship, the Oppo Reno9 Pro+, was officially unveiled today. It is built on the SoC Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 and indeed received as much as 16 GB of RAM already in the base version with 256 GB of internal memory.
We already wrote that other smartphones, even flagships, usually do not have such an amount of RAM in younger models – it turns out that the Oppo Reno9 Pro + has become one of a kind.
The model is equipped with a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 2412 × 1080 pixels (Full HD +) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, the same screen was received by the younger representatives of the series – Reno9 and Reno9 Pro.
Oppo Reno9 Pro + received a 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 front camera with autofocus, as well as a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main camera with optical image stabilization and additional modules: 8-megapixel wide-angle and 2-megapixel for macro photography. And the MariSilicon X NPU image processor will provide the ability to capture brighter and sharper images in low-light conditions, the company notes.
Also, Oppo Reno9 Pro + can record 4K video at 60 frames per second. The novelty is running Android 13 OS with ColorOS 13 interface.
The flagship smartphone received an even more capacious battery than its younger brothers – by 4700 mAh, fast charging is also more powerful – by 80 watts. Another distinctive feature of the device is stereo speakers.
Other features include support for two SIM cards, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, a USB-C connector, and a fingerprint sensor.
The Oppo Reno9 Pro+ will go on sale in China on December 2nd for 3,999 Yuan (about $559) for the 16GB/256GB model and 4,399 Yuan (about $615) for the 16GB/512GB model.

Oppo Reno 9 series is all set to launch on November 24. Oppo, via Weibo, has confirmed the arrival of the new Reno series smartphones in China on Thursday. It has also shared videos and posters on the Chinese microblogging platform, revealing the design and few specifications of the devices. The Oppo Reno 9 will debut alongside Reno 9 Pro and Reno 9 Pro+ models.
