It has more differences from Honor 80 Pro with a curved display than previously reported
In China, the official premiere of the new version of the Honor 80 Pro phone took place today – with a flat screen. She found much more differences from the previously presented version with a curved screen than previously reported.
So, if the “curved” Honor 80 Pro is equipped with a 6.78-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2700 x 1224 pixels, a dual front camera with sensors with a resolution of 50 and 2 MP, as well as a main camera with sensors with a resolution of 160, 50 and 2 MP, then the “flat” Honor 80 Pro received a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a 32-megapixel front camera and a main one with sensors with a resolution of 160, 8 and 2 megapixels. That is, as you can see, not only the screen, but also the phone’s cameras have become simpler.
All other parameters of the new Honor 80 Pro correspond to those of the Honor 80 Pro with a curved screen: the phone is still based on the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 SoC and equipped with a 4800 mAh battery with support for 66 W fast charging.
Sales of the “flat” Honor 80 Pro in China will start tomorrow. For a version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory, they ask for $ 480 (the price is $ 30 less than the same version with a curved display).
