Free Weekend Coming to For Honor Tomorrow on All Platforms
Ubisoft decided to spend a free weekend in its multiplayer action movie For Honor, and on three platforms at once – PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. During the trial period, players will have access to all the content included in the standard version of the project.
On PS4 and Xbox One, the promotion kicks off tomorrow, July 23 at 10:00 AM ET. For PC users on Uplay and the Epic Games Store will have access to For Honor six hours later, and on Steam ten hours later. The game is now preloaded on PlayStation 4 and PC. The free weekend in the project will end on July 27 at 09:59 UTC on PS4 and Xbox One, and on PC at 23:00.
During the promotion, For Honor will be on sale at 80% off (likely Standard Edition). If the user decides to purchase the full version of the game, then all progress accumulated during the trial period will be transferred to it.
For Honor is a multiplayer action game with heroes from four factions – Knights, Samurai, Vikings, and Wu Lin. Each character has a specific weapon and unique skill set. The game boasts a variety of modes and a complex combat system where you have to deliver and parry blows from three directions.
The project was released on February 14, 2017, and managed to receive 46,239 reviews on Steam, 61% of which were positive. Honor is scolded for a broken balance due to Chinese fighters, poor matchmaking, and technical issues, including server issues.
