Gigabyte and Galax GeForce RTX 3060 Ti images appeared

Resource VideoCardz shared images of several more non-reference versions of the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics accelerator, which will be presented on December 2. In particular, versions of the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Aorus Master from Gigabyte, as well as the Galax GeForce RTX 3060 Ti  EX Gamer, got into the frame.

Apparently, Gigabyte’s GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Aorus Master variant will be the manufacturer’s flagship solution. The novelty is equipped with a passive cooling system with three fans.

As a reminder, Gigabyte is also preparing to release the Gaming OC Pro and Eagle versions. They have simpler cooling systems and lower factory overclocking rates.

It is noteworthy that the Aorus Master version is equipped with a non-standard set of video outputs. The video card has three DisplayPort and three HDMI connectors. However, one of the HDMI outputs is version 2.0b and not 2.1. Also interesting is the fact that the new product is equipped with two additional power connectors – 8 and 6-pin. The reference uses one proprietary 12-pin NVIDIA connector.

Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to tell a lot about the model from Galax. The source does not provide any characteristics of the video card, and the angle of the photos does not allow evaluating the new product from all sides.

From the obvious, only a cooling system with two fans can be distinguished. Presumably, in a PC, this version of the graphics accelerator will take 2.5 expansion slots. Also striking is the presence of one 8-pin auxiliary power connector, as well as a reinforcing backplate.

Recall that the younger GeForce RTX 30xx series video card is built on a modification of the NVIDIA GA104 chip with 4864 CUDA cores, which is 1024 CUDA cores less than the more advanced GeForce RTX 3070 model. Like its older sister, the  GeForce RTX 3060 Ti will receive 8 GB of video memory GDDR6 with an effective frequency of 14 GHz and a bus width of 256 bits.
