Grotto’s fantasy adventure lets you communicate with the stars and predict the future from them
Digerati Publishers and Brainwash Gang (Nongünz) have announced a joint project – a fantasy adventure Grotto for PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
Grotto offers to take on the role of a soothsayer sitting in the cave of the same name – a mysterious hermit who knows how to “communicate with the stars and reveal the meaning of their messages. “
“In difficult times, the tribe of the inhabitants of the valley turns to your gift of foresight and comes to you for advice,” – the Grotto’s introduction is given on the game’s page on the digital distribution service Steam.
As part of the passage of Grotto, players will learn to predict the future by drawing constellations and communicate with the dead, get to know people from the tribe, and help with solving their problems.
The developers advise being careful with the choice of lines, as they can influence the past and future of their fellow tribesmen: “They will succeed or die, depending on what you say. “
“Hopefully, in Grotto, players will come to realize that the protagonist’s extraordinary skill comes from his own empathy in deciding the fate of the tribe,” added Brainwash Gang founder Edu Verzinsky in a press release.
The Grotto release is scheduled for the second half of this year for PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and iOS devices. It is also reported that development has been underway since 2018.
