Honor officially launched the MagicBook X 14 Pro and Honor MagicBook X 16 Pro laptops in China today. Their feature is the use of a powerful 8-core Ryzen 7 7840HS processor (this is the second model in the Phoenix-HS line after the Ryzen 9 7940HS).
The processor includes a powerful AMD Radeon 780M graphics core, and the screen resolution is 1920 x 1200 pixels, so users can even play some games without lowering the resolution.
Laptops have 16 GB of RAM, the amount of SSD is 512 GB. The battery has a capacity of 60Wh and comes with a 65W charger. The battery life is 13.5 hours for the younger model and 11.8 hours for the older one.

Both models have two M.2 slots for SSD, equipped with fingerprint scanners (integrated into the power key). There is also an HDMI video output and a USB4.
The thickness and weight of the 14-inch model is 16.5 mm and 1.4 kg, the 16-inch model is 17.9 mm and 1.75 kg. The MagicBook X 14 Pro is priced at $580, while the Honor MagicBook X 16 Pro is priced at $610.
