A stable version was released in China, testing is still underway in Europe
Huawei has begun to distribute a stable version of its proprietary EMUI 11 shell for last year’s flagship smartphones – Huawei P30 and P30 Pro.

Chinese users were the first to get a stable version. In addition to China, Huawei has also opened beta testing for the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro in many regions including Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and the Middle East.
In Russia, Huawei plans to release the stable EMUI 11 update in January-March 2021.
EMUI 11 brings a redesigned user interface, improved Always-on-display performance with new themes, new GUI effects, including Long-take Animations, natural gestures, improved sound design, and improved multi-window mode Multi-Screen Collaboration (in Russian localization, just the “Multiscreen” mode) with mouse and keyboard support, and so on.
