According to DxOMark, the display is better than the Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max
DxOMark experts have published a report on testing the screen of the Huawei P40 Pro smartphone. Even though this model came out a long time ago – in March of this year – this smartphone has one of the best screens even by today’s standards. It scored 85 points and was ranked fifth in the corresponding DxOMark ranking, beating the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Huawei P40 Pro entered the Top 5 smartphones for screen quality
The smartphone screen was pleased with the color accuracy of static images and control of the blur effect when playing back motion scenes (motion blur). The main complaint about the display is that it turned out to be dark, indoors and outdoors. The problem is aggravated when the blue filter is turned on. There are still some complaints, but overall the Huawei P40 Pro’s screen made a favorable impression.
Recall that the device uses a 6.58-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2640 x 1200 pixels with a frame rate of 90 Hz. The screen occupies 91.6% of the front panel area.
