Sometimes you need to install them several times before they are saved.
Apple has been missing the fact for months that a feature in its ecosystem is malfunctioning. We are talking about the ability to limit the screen time of the child’s device as part of the parental control function.
The Apple Family Sharing feature allows you to, among other things, limit screen time for a child’s device or limit time in specific applications. It turned out that this function did not work correctly for at least the last few months.
In the Apple ecosystem, one important function broke a few months ago.
Most often, the time set by the parent was simply not saved in the settings, which is why the child could safely continue to use the device as long as he wanted. In some cases, users set the limit several times before it was finally saved.
When exactly the problem appeared is unclear, but there are reports dating as far back as May. Apple has already said that it is aware of the problem, but did not say when it will be fixed.
