In Turkey, Game Pass has almost tripled in price
We have maintained our console prices for many years and have adjusted prices to reflect competitive conditions in each market.
As for the new prices, for example, in the UK, the console has risen in price by 6.6%, to 480 pounds, and in the European Union the price has risen immediately by 10%, to 550 euros. But the Xbox Series S will not rise in price anywhere.
The Game Pass subscription has become more expensive in general in all markets. In the US, the base plan has increased by $1 to $11, while Game Pass Ultimate costs $17 per month instead of $15. In Europe, the price of Game Pass Ultimate has increased to 15 euros. Interestingly, the PC Game Pass subscription has not risen in price.
Those who have long-term subscriptions will be able to continue using the service without a rise in price for the entire paid period.
Separately, it is worth noting that in some countries the subscription will rise in price not at all so modestly. In Argentina, the price will roughly double, and in Turkey, almost triple.
