But there are questions about energy consumption

Intel recently dropped the price of the Arc A750 graphics card to $250 and also improved its performance with a new driver. And new tests show that now the brainchild of Intel can be called the best video card in its price category.

For a very long time, the best value 3D card in the $250-300 category was the Radeon RX 6600, as Nvidia only offers the RTX 3050 at that price, which is noticeably slower. However, recent tests show that the Arc A750 is somewhere on par with AMD’s brainchild at Full HD and wins at 1440p. Thus, at approximately the same price, it is the Intel solution that turns out to be more profitable.

In terms of power consumption, the difference in TDP is quite large, but the real figures are different: the Arc A750 consumes about 170W in games, while the RX 6600 requires 120W. True, the first one still has a problem with standby consumption: 35 W is nine times higher than that of a competitor.
