It should be recalled that the Apple TV 4K media set-top box, released in 2017, also supports 4K video streaming, HDR, and Dolby Vision technologies. Also, it can work with Dolby Atmos audio codecs. At the same time, it does not support 120Hz refresh rates as the updated version.

Another interesting feature of the Apple TV 4K updated model has automatically calibrated the image on the screen using the light sensor installed in the iPhone. The updated Apple TV 4K can automatically correct the color balance of the picture, adjusting it to the accepted cinematic standards.

For the new Apple TV 4K, the company has completely redesigned the remote control. Its body is made from 100 percent recycled aluminum. He got a more ergonomic design, as well as a few additional buttons. It’s worth starting because it has a dedicated on/off button for the TV. He also acquired a five-position round touch panel. Apple said Austria, Ireland, and New Zealand had joined the countries that support Siri on Apple TV.
