A detailed study of Apple’s new smartphones has confirmed previous rumors that only the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max have 6GB of RAM, while the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini each have 4GB of RAM, MacRumors reports.

The popular Geekbench benchmark also confirmed that the tested iPhone 12 Pro comes with 6GB of RAM. By comparison, the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max has 4GB of RAM.
With more RAM and a modern Apple A14 Bionic platform, the iPhone 12 Pro should deliver improved performance. The iPhone 12 Protest result shows that the A14 chip has about the same single-core performance as the new iPad Air, while its multi-core score is lower.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will start in many countries around the world at the same time tomorrow (3:00 p.m. Moscow time), and shipments will begin on Friday, October 23rd. In Russia, it will be possible to order new smartphones from October 21. Only the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro will be available initially. The 5.4-inch iPhone 12 mini and 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max will go on sale in November.
