The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation) announced a new convenient function of the State Service portal.

According to the Ministry of Finance press service, now it is possible to issue permits for several electronic form departments on the Single Portal of State and Municipal Services.
The first three departments transferred the issuance of permits to electronic form, and now the following services have become available on State Services:
- Accounting for uncrewed civil aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 0.25 to 30 kilograms (Federal Air Transport Agency)
- Registration of mass media (Roskomnadzor)
- Issuance of licenses and other permits for the export and import of certain types of goods (Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia)
According to the Ministry of Digital Development statistics, more than 35 thousand calls are received on these services per year. Dmitry Yadrov, Deputy Head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, explained that it has become easier and faster to register an uncrewed aircraft: the user spends less than 30 minutes filling out an electronic form.
Note that on September 27, 2019, the law on drone registration came into force in Russia. Users are required to register uncrewed aerial vehicles weighing over 250 grams.
