It is proposed to transfer the following frequency bands to a potential single operator free of charge: 694-790 MHz (now this band is occupied by analog TV broadcasters), 3.4-3.8 GHz and 4.8-4.99 GHz.
In Russia, unlike many other countries, there is one feature: the standard range in the world for deploying 5G is the 3.4-3.8 GHz spectrum, but in the Russian Federation it is occupied by security forces, so operators cannot receive frequencies in this range.
